10 Beginner Tips

1. Arrive 15 minutes early: Give yourself enough time to check in, settle in, and prepare for your yoga practice.

2. Dress comfortably: Wear clothes that allow for unrestricted movement and keep you cool throughout the class.

3: Stay hydrated: Drink plenty of water before and after class to stay hydrated throughout your practice.

4. Bring your own mat: It's always a good idea to bring your own mat for hygiene purposes. If you don't have one, we provide mats for rent.

5. Communicate with your instructor: Let your instructor know if you have any injuries, limitations, or health concerns before the class begins.

6. Embrace the wobbles: Don't be discouraged if you wobble or lose your balance. It's all part of the journey. Laugh it off, get back up, and try again. You'll be a tree pose master in no time!

7. Breathe like a boss: Deep mindful breathing is the secret sauce of yoga. So, when the going gets tough, remember to breathe deeply and feel the stress melt away. Inhale the good vibes and exhale the bad vibes. It's that simple.

8. Modify poses if necessary: If a pose feels uncomfortable or too challenging, don't hesitate to modify it to suit your abilities. Your instructor can guide you through modifications. Remember, yoga is about self-care not self-punishment.

9. Be mindful of others: Respect the space of your fellow yogis. Avoid talking during the class and try to minimize distractions.

10. Have fun, yogi: Lastly, don't forget to have fun! Yoga is not just about serious faces and intense poses. Allow yourself to smile, laugh, and enjoy the journey.

Namaste, yogis! See you on your mat.
