Class Description

Yin Yoga is a slow, deeply relaxing class that focuses on long, gentle stretches. Poses are held for 3–5 minutes with steady breathing to help the body release tension. Blocks are used to support the body and make the poses comfortable and restful. This practice helps stretch the fascia and can ease deep, lingering aches in the body

Cancellation Policy

BYOB Vino & Vinyasa – Event Policies Registration & Cancellation Advance registration is required. Space is limited. Tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person by notifying Venice Yoga Company prior to the event. Venice Yoga Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event if necessary. If this occurs, registered guests will receive a full refund or event credit. BYOB Policy Guests must be 21 years of age or older to bring or consume alcoholic beverages. Guests who choose to bring wine are responsible for bringing their own bottle and any preferred serving items. Please drink responsibly. Excessive intoxication, disruptive behavior, or sharing alcohol with anyone under 21 will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without a refund. Non-alcoholic beverages will be provided. Participation This event includes a 60-minute all-levels Slow Flow Yoga class. Please participate at your own pace and honor your body’s limits. By attending, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with physical activity and agree to participate voluntarily. General Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow time for check-in and setup. Yoga mats are available to borrow if needed, though guests are encouraged to bring their own. By attending, you grant Venice Yoga Company permission to use photographs or videos taken during the event for marketing purposes unless you notify staff in writing before the event begins.
